Instructions
Completing this form does not commit you in any way to purchase these products. We understand that sometimes the cost of postage and packing/carriage may not make it cost-effective. For this reason, we will only process your order upon either receiving a cheque or credit card details. UK orders only.
How do I order?
Ordering is easy, and follows as a
series of four steps:

Download
the order form linked to at the bottom of this page, and enter your details and
requirements. We suggest that you print a copy for the purpose of your own records. Once
you have done this, send the order form as an attachment to orders@tentawningclinic.fsnet.co.uk
and we will begin to process your order.

After this, you will receive an e-mail from us, correcting any details, giving
you the postage and packaging price, and confirming your request. We will also provide expected delivery dates if our stocks are low. Please note that all orders under £10.00 carry a surcharge of £1.00 to cover banking costs etc.

This
message will also ask you to send credit card details*, a cheque, (or a postal order
if necessary) for the full amount, payable to 'Tent & Awning Clinic', to our postal address.
* We accept Mastercard, Visa and Switch.

Once
we have received your cheque/postal order/credit card details, we will post you your order
by return.
